About CityQuest
CityQuest is an experience company launching in Accra, Ghana. We sell curated social experiences and handle what you need to turn up and enjoy them: the reservation, the payment, the ride there and the follow-up.
How our AI concierge works
When you message CityQuest on WhatsApp, you're talking to an AI assistant. It answers questions about our experiences from information our team has confirmed, checks dates, sends booking links and keeps you updated about your booking.
It tells you when it doesn't know something, and it hands over to a person from the CityQuest team whenever you ask, or when a question needs a human decision. Refunds, cancellations of paid bookings and exceptions are always decided by a person.
Games inside the tours
We started by making games about Ghana, and they're part of the day: the CityQuest Accra™ Photo Challenge and Craftsman Challenge run as AI Photo Quests, and Accra Nights™ Sunday games night runs Social Bingo. A guide always has the final say on scores.
